What the desk is

Open Desk from the menu after you sign in. Your thread is yours. Other members do not read it. Staff who are signed in as staff can open the threads they are responsible for, the same way a person at a counter can see the note you handed them.

You can send a written note, and you can start a video or audio call with the person on duty. If they are already on a call, adding someone joins that call. It does not open a second one. If they are away, they get an email that you are waiting.

Use it for account trouble, a file that will not open, a family invitation, a question about the stage, or a request for more space in the office tools. Write in Portuguese or English. Say what you tried.

Do not use it to sell, to paste a wall of links, or to ask staff to watch your videos for money. The desk is support. A long sales message will be closed.

Staff see the messages in your thread, the time you sent them, and whether a call is live. They do not see your password. They do not see the picture inside an encrypted call. They can see storage numbers if you ask for more office space, because that request is about the quota on your account.

If the site is in maintenance, the desk still accepts a note from staff. Members see a holding page until the site is opened again.
